• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
• Working Location: Ubi (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alternate Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer service team to organize transport and delivery arrangements.
• Create job assignments for drivers.
• Communicate with the warehouse regarding forklift fees and prepare payment vouchers for forklift services.
• Manage route scheduling using the internal system.
• Keep the customer service and sales teams informed about the status of order deliveries.
• Calculate and record monthly overtime for drivers.
• Maintain and update records for lorries and motor vehicles.
• Address and resolve complaints from sales representatives or customers.
• Coordinate with customers on rescheduling and order modifications.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
