Job Purpose:

Lead a dynamic team to manage critical data center operations and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Command Center team, driving performance and growth.
• Oversee critical site alarms, ensuring quick responses to prevent service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and monitor data center network connectivity and systems.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure service satisfaction during critical incidents.
• Collaborate on initiatives to improve processes, service quality, and risk management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing data center or network operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of network connectivity and data center operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, especially in crisis management.
• Project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
