Responsibilities
- Support primarily Client's Student Information Management System functions
- Operations, Enhancements
- Testing and Documentation
- User Engagement
- Data Analysis
- Vendor Engagement
- Assist in other IT activities (with gained domain knowledge and experience)
- Evaluation of New System
- New System Implementation
- Data Migration, Training, etc
Requirements
- University degree in the relevant discipline.
- Above 5 years of work experience in the relevant technology area
- Strong business process, analytical, systems and design thinking skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with end users and vendors.
- Experience in Application Systems support and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience of SDLC, RDBMS and SQL.
