2. Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of event coordinators, staff, and volunteers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are executed efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on event procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that staff is motivated, productive, and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
3. On-Site Event Management:
- Oversee the setup and teardown of events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place (e.g., signage, seating, decorations).
- Monitor the event's progress, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to address challenges.
- Liaise with event clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure smooth operations during the event, including managing crowd control, coordinating speakers or performers, and ensuring the schedule is adhered to.
4. Post-Event Duties:
- Oversee post-event evaluations and feedback collection from clients and staff.
- Ensure that all post-event procedures (e.g., cleanup, return of rented equipment) are completed promptly.
- Provide event reports and data analysis, including evaluating the success of the event and recommending improvements for future events.
5. Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the event's operational phase.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Address any client feedback or complaints efficiently and professionally.
