Requirements
- Client facing point of contact to coordinate Project book of work. Work with Internal SME and Delivery team to Deliver the Book of work.
- Able to capture client project requirements can articulate it clearly as a user story including the definition of done.
- Understand the product and platform capabilities and features and map client requirements, where there are gaps work with Solution design, product, and architect teams to find the best solution that is efficient and acceptable within time and budget.
- Performing system analyses on software programs, and applications, familiar with SAAS and PASS.
- Support testing, end-user training, and Deployment of CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in Scrum cadences, Backlog refinement, and requirement workshops.
- Triage and troubleshoot functional, and configuration issues to provide RCA, where technical collaborates with technical SME to conclude a solution back to the client. Through the project, stabilization and BAU mode
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
- Analysing and improving the platform performance with the help of SME
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field of study, and an accredited qualification in Capital Market or similar.
- Min 5 years of experience as a Business analyst, Product owner, Support analyst, or Test lead
- Preferably, have experience working in the Agile Scrum methodology.
- Prefer to have knowledge or exposure to Automation testing tools and approaches.
- Extensive experience in Technical business analysis in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL,.Net, Python, etc . and system integration solutions.
- Ability to facilitate between client and the internal platform teams to enable delivery success and client success.
- Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to test Automation and the ability to review scenarios with Gherkin syntax
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps , Tools and practices such as CI/CD , automation and infrastructure as code
- Preferred good mathematical background, Hands-on experience analysing data, some Programming competency - to conduct data query & analysis, and to build scripts to assist support.
- Keen to take lead role and Client facing coordination and Internal stakeholder coordination.
- Client-facing communication skills , team leadership knack, collaborative work style, Avid learner, meticulous, adaptable.
