As a full-time Logistics Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's supply chain and transportation operations. This position is based in the Tai Seng North-East Region and involves overseeing the efficient movement, storage and distribution of the company's products.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods between company facilities and customers
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is available to meet customer demands
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to facilitate timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries and inventory
• Identify opportunities to optimise logistics processes and recommend improvements
• Assist in the implementation of new logistics systems and technologies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
• A keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
