Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Project Management experience who will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects, with a strong focus on app and web systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with technical implementation.
• Lead and manage projects, including defining scope, setting project timelines, and ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and other teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve business processes and system functionalities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain documentation, including project plans, business requirement documents, and reports.
• Ensure Agile or hybrid project management methodologies are effectively implemented.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in IT-related projects, with a strong focus on app and web system development.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, cloud computing, and mobile/web application development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with vendor and third-party management is a plus
