- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Manage and oversee the development of in-house SCADA, Energy Management System and Power Quality Management SYstem application development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead incident management and problem resolution efforts, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of application and operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the application and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SCADA industry, application roles and operations management.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of SCADA.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SCADA, Building Management System, Energy Management System and Power Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of IT networking, Server setup, VMs setup, Cloud configuration.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
