Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized logistics solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to address service deviations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate service agreements, rates, and contract renewals with clients.
• Lead cross-functional project implementations to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Support the implementation of projects and supply chain solutions.
• Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in 3PL/4PL logistics or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
