Responsibilities:

Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating understanding of the client organisation, enterprise architecture and desired outcomes.
Work closely with clients to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
Responsible for Pre Sales engagement or solutioning of the following area of the ServiceNow solution for our clients across various platform workflows :
IT Technology Workflow - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, AIOps
Employee & Customer Workflow - HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM
Integrated Risk Management - IRM/GRC
Creator workflow - App Engine, Integration Hub

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Min 8-10 years experiences in key pre sales consultant of ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
Proven ability to deliver solution sales experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM or equivalent solutions
Minimum of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and any other ServiceNow specialisation.
ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or CTA are highly desirable.
