Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating understanding of the client organisation, enterprise architecture and desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
  • Responsible for Pre Sales engagement or solutioning of the following area of the ServiceNow solution for our clients across various platform workflows :
  • IT Technology Workflow - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, AIOps
  • Employee & Customer Workflow - HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM
  • Integrated Risk Management - IRM/GRC
  • Creator workflow - App Engine, Integration Hub

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Min 8-10 years experiences in key pre sales consultant of ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
  • Proven ability to deliver solution sales experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM or equivalent solutions
  • Minimum of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and any other ServiceNow specialisation.
  • ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or CTA are highly desirable.
