Job description

• Handles customer enquiries (Export/ Import/ Transhipment / Customer Service)

• Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement.

• Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents

• Create and issue invoice to customers

• Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments

• Perform declaration of permit

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
