• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field.

• At least 10 years of IT business analyst experience, including at least 5 years of testing experience.

• At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in an agile setup.

• Hands-on experience in SQL

• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Strong analytic skills.

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven experience managing various types of stakeholders.

• Strong sense of commitment, ownership of projects handled.

• Knowledge of all phases of IT software development and implementation life cycle.

• Capable to effectively interact with technical team.

• Team spirit - Like to explain and share knowledge.
