Position Summary / Project Description

This solution is built on the SAP S4HANA BRIM solutions for patient accounting management for Singapore hospitals and polyclinics and key IT enabler that aims to transform and unify Patient Accounting management and through consolidating the multiple current isolated patient accounting systems in Singapore, from being provider-centric to one that puts the patient at the center.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designs, Implements and Optimise SAP BRIM solution.

2. Bridge the gap between business needs and technology to ensure that SAP BRIM solutions are efficient, scalable and integrated.

3. Understand Healthcare business process and implement the SAP BRIM solution according to the healthcare business needs.

System solutions:

1. Propose and create solutions that meet business goals and healthcare industry best practices.

2. Act as a functional solution architect to the SAP BRIM projects and design solutions as per the business needs with the right industrial solution standards.

3. Lead the implementation of SAP BRIM projects, managing teams to deliver high quality solutions

4. Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reduce costs and increase agility

5. Serve as the primary Subject matter expert contact for customers, integration teams and development teams on SAP BRIM solutions

6. Ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations and standards

7. Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.

8. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP BRIM solutions and Best Practices.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. 7 - 10 years expertise in SAP projects and Systems.

2. 5 - 7 years of expertise in SAP BRIM Solution components

3. Strong understanding of billing and revenue processes.

4. Ability to collaborate across various business and IT teams.

5. Knowledge in healthcare business process is a plus

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude.

7. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo

8. Self-starter who can provide insights and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner.
