Requirements:
At least 3 years and above vehicle repair/maintenance experience
Candidates with Class 3 license will have added advantage
Good working attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team player with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning and during the course of work.
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Manage service scheduling to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.
- Perform tyre change, balancing and rotation
- Repairing and maintenance of vehicles
- Troubleshooting and testing of vehicles
- Perform preventive maintenance, oil change, balancing
