Job Description

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Manage service scheduling to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.
• Perform tyre change, balancing and rotation
• Repairing and maintenance of vehicles
• Troubleshooting and testing of vehicles
• Perform preventive maintenance, oil change, balancing

Requirements:

At least 3 years and above vehicle repair/maintenance experience

Candidates with Class 3 license will have added advantage

Good working attitude with a service-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team player with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning and during the course of work.
