Responsibilities

• A Customs Declarant with Trade-Net ID and has the knowledge of inward/outward shipments.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Check & verify invoices from Principal/Supplier, and source for quotation for shipping.
• Support Product operation - import/export orders, update parts, create new parts items, etc.
• Prepare monthly Parts, Shipping & Insurance reports.
• Other logistics related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate in Logistics related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Custom Permit, Logistics Documentation & Shipping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Trade-net experience/Knowledge is a must
• Experience in preparing GST Declaration & NEA Registration
• Comfortable to travel to the west area
