Responsibilities:

Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
Ensure day-to-day operation activities run smoothly and efficiently
Ensure the outlet's operation is aligned with the company's SOP at all times
Leading outlet to achieve sales target
Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
Handle customer enquiries
Ensure good customer experience and service standard

Requirements:

Bilingual
Competent, self-driven, and focused on achieving results
Service-oriented and Customer-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to work retail hours
Passionate about the beauty and service industry
Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills and netiquette.
