What You'll Do

• Define project scope, identify stakeholders and establish methodologies for tracking and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct thorough enterprise analysis, elicit and analyze business needs and develop detailed requirements to guide solution design
• Evaluate potential solutions, identify gaps, and validate deployed solutions against original business needs, ensuring alignment and effectiveness
• Proactively manage conflicts, issues and changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication of expectations
• Develop comprehensive end-user documentation (training manuals, process flows) to facilitate effective system adoption and operational efficiency
• Lead system validation and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and functionality
• Analyze solution performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous business process improvement
• Contribute to technical design documentation and maintain project repositories, ensuring accurate and accessible information

What Will Make You Shine

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in CCBA®, CBAP®, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven experience in managing full project development lifecycles
• Solution Design & Analysis: Demonstrated track record in business analysis, application solutioning and design
• Ability to effectively model business requirements using business process modeling tools
• Strong ability to conduct qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit, manage and prioritize business needs
• Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed analysis of business needs and challenges
• Brings expertise in Agile, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital/Mobile Technologies
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation.
