Role:

Quality Assurance Engineer (Oil / Gas)

• Singapore Based (Tuas)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 6pm)
• Salary: $3400 to $4500
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing or related field + Required Skill(s): Welding, technical drawing, ASME-IX, API, ISO 9001, NACE

Responsibilities
Interpret technical drawings from clients
Develop and execute QAQC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures according to client's requirement.
Coordinate all project testing, inspection activities and buyouts by client, third party inspectors and ensuring compliance to project specification.
Perform inspection when needed
Prepare and ensure that final documentation report submission is as per customer's requirement.
Attend to certification audits, customer periodic audits, review meetings and visits.
Work closely with welding engineer on resolving non-conforming issues.
Communicate engineering/technical/quality requirements to the team.
Assist in developing the Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed
Support QAQC activities in another overseas subsidiary.
Training aspect in this job required as you will be required to conduct some classroom and on-the-job training in the above areas.
