Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve Grabbers with positive, personalized enterprise technology experiences. Get to Know the Role
This role will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead and plays a critical role of a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidate will need a strong techno-functional background in Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud modules.
This role will be onsite, and the office location is in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts, plan and prioritize projects, and ensure value delivery to the business.
- Translate business strategies into technical requirements and IT solutions, understanding customer and product needs.
- Share the product vision and collaborate with Business Owners and Scrum Masters to execute projects effectively.
- Influence business unit leads and ensure alignment with project objectives using agile methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce functionality.
- Craft business requirement documents, user stories, and system design specifications, ensuring traceability.
- Manage the product backlog, understanding and prioritizing business needs while proposing enhancements.
- Conduct UAT training, create and run UAT test scripts, and coordinate system testing.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for emerging business needs and provide guidance on solutions.
- Collaborate on technical architecture and bring domain expertise to the team.
- Identify system/design bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement large-scale integrations and understand authentication mechanisms and deployment processes.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- Salesforce Expertise: At least 8 years of business analysis experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud) and hands-on experience with configuration and customization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization skills.
- Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading projects using agile delivery, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
- Integration Experience: Proven experience in implementing large-scale web service integrations and good understanding of CI/CD platforms like GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool.
- Salesforce Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certified, and Service Cloud Certified are required. CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
- Additional Tools: Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools like Conga and Adobe Sign.
