Operations Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

  • Provide operational support to all our clients achieve annual profit and growth targets through the effective execution of strategies and operational plans, including customer service and asset management
  • Administration: Ensure timely and accurate management of required reports in line with business requirements
  • Asset Management: Oversee business assets according to company policy
  • Customer Service: Identify and fulfill customer needs through the implementation of company service standards and procedures
  • Environmental Health & Safety: Comply with the company’s Corporate EH&S Policy
  • Authority Compliance: Adhere to the Authority Schedule and ensure permissions are obtained when necessary


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage operations in klang valley , focusing on service quality, punctuality, compliance with SOPs, and SHE standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews with clients, addressing planning and service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to align on mutual goals and support Key Account sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between operations and customers to meet KPIs and customer expectations within agreed SLAs.

REQUIREMENTS:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • A Diploma or Degree in a related field, or relevant experience in operations management, preferably in Pest Control or Hygiene services
  • Prior experience in the service industry is preferred, with a proven track record of achievement
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a sense of urgency
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with various departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and embrace challenges
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to present data effectively
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; candidates must be Malaysian or hold relevant residency status

 

HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALITIES:

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Versatility in building rapport with diverse personalities
  • Multilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong commercial acumen
