Facilities Management Executive or Engineer (ENTRY LEVEL WELCOMED)
Location: Novena
⏰ Office Hours, 5 days
Salary: Basic + Completion Bonus
Duration: 3 months, convert to 1 year contract

Job Description:
• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Support the car park operations
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
