We are a growing moving services company in Singapore and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operational activities.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end moving operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tPlan and manage daily moving operations, including scheduling of manpower, vehicles, and equipment

• \tCoordinate with customers to confirm job details, timelines, and service requirements

• \tSupervise moving crews to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally

• \tResolve operational issues and handle on-site or customer-related challenges

• \tOptimise manpower deployment and routing to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• \tEnsure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company SOPs

• \tLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required

• \tMonitor service quality, job completion, and customer feedback

• \tPrepare basic operational reports and support management in process improvements

Job Requirements

• \tDiploma or Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or related field

• \tMinimum 3-5 years of relevant operations or logistics experience

• \tExperience in service-based or logistics-related industries is preferred

• \tStrong organisational and problem-solving skills

• \tAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environment

• \tGood communication and coordination skills
