Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly logistics plans, schedule shipments, and coordinate transport routes.Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, sales, and customer service for seamless operations.Shipment Management: Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, track deliveries, and ensure on-time fulfillment.Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and prevent shortages or excess.Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and maintain accurate logistics records.Reporting & Analysis: Collect data, analyze logistics performance, identify inefficiencies, and prepare reports.Problem Solving: Resolve logistical issues, delivery delays, and inventory discrepancies.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service.
