• \t7-10 years of BA experience in wealth/private banking or core banking platforms, including cross border rollouts and complex integrations.

• \tProven track record delivering in Agile / Waterfall environments (scrum, backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria)

• \tStrong UAT leadership, defect triage, and data validation skills; familiarity with automated regression testing practices is a plus.

• \tWorking knowledge of banking processes and controls (payments, securities, lending/deposits, corporate actions, fees).

• \tExcellent stakeholder management across business, operations, risk, and technology; crisp documentation and communication skills.
