Job Summary:

The Cleaning Operations Manager role is to lead and overseethe planning, execution, and quality of cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, efficient manpower deployment, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, supervise, and schedule cleaning staff; provide performance coaching and feedback
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and service quality are met
• Plan and implement site-specific cleaning schedules and operational procedures
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure proper usage and availability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Control operational budgets, optimize manpower deployment, and manage costs effectively
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, staff performance, incidents, and client feedback
• Resolve operational issues, staff conflicts, and client complaints promptly and professionally
• Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, training, and service innovation.

Requirements:

• 5 years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations.
• A valid Class 3 driving license
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including weekends as operationally required.
