Job Summary

Lead the daily operations of a Student Care Centre by designing and executing engaging programmes, managing staff, and fostering strong relationships with parents and stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop student care programmes and curricula that promote child empowerment and engagement
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for children and staff
• Supervise and mentor centre staff to enhance team performance and professional growth
• Build and maintain active networks with parents and stakeholders to support student development and centre reputation
• Manage centre operations to meet student enrolment targets and ensure smooth daily functioning
• Prepare and present reports on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower, and training to management
• Oversee administrative functions including finance management and GIRO reporting
• Communicate effectively in English and/or Mandarin to engage with diverse stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• WSQ Student-Care Certification
• Minimum diploma or higher qualification
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years working with children, including supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethics and integrity

• Qualifications in community or social services
