We are seeking an experienced business leader to oversee business development and operational coordination for our Singapore office in the field of barcode printing systems, labelling solutions, and automation-related software services.

The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening regional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with headquarters in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth in Singapore and regional markets.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Oversee operational coordination between sales and technical teams to ensure service excellence.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide regular business reporting and strategic updates to headquarters in Japan.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in B2B sales, regional business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience working in multinational corporate environments.
• Proven track record in managing cross-border business operations.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese to liaise with headquarters in Japan.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
