Requirements:
Operations Planning & Management
- Oversee daily operational planning and resource deployment.
- Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement workflows to improve operational productivity.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and safety standards.
- Work closely with operations teams to resolve deployment challenges and scheduling issues.
Quality Assurance & Audits
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure operational standards and safety protocols are met.
- Identify service gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client expectations.
- Monitor performance standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend process improvements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to operations team.
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on weekend, and public holidays when operationally required.
- Proven experience in operations management or workforce deployment.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience in quality audits, compliance, or operational inspections preferred.
- Ability to manage operational priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
