Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in landscape, horticulture, arboriculture, or related fields.
2. At least 6 years of experience in the landscape or arboriculture industry, with supervisory / management exposure
3. Comfortable using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
4. Familiar and strong in operational workflows, safety compliance, and SOP adherence.

Job Scopes:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple landscape maintenance sites.
• Ensure service quality meets contract requirements and company standards.
• Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and landscape projects.
• Ensure works are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and efficient resource utilization.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Oversee tree inspection, pruning, and maintenance programmes.
• Review and support preparation of Tree Assessment Reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Lead safety audits, toolbox meetings, and training initiatives.
