Global Payments Solutions Group

Bank of America's Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business is hiring. Our focus on combining cutting-edge technology with innovative solutions, means we consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

Opportunity in the newly formed Product Risk Execution team, within the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization, supporting end to end risk management across the APAC Product and CashPro teams.

o\tRepresent APAC GPS product organization in key initiatives, including risk evaluation of new product development, and law, rule, reg changes applicable to products.

o\tCoordinate and influence across various control partners such as Business Controls, COO, Global Banking Risk, Financial Crimes Compliance, Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR), and other non- LOB partners on GPS risk matters

o\tManage regular routines with Product Managers & other partners to identify, track and review current open issues (SIIs, CEs, etc.), watch items, upcoming regulations & new product initiatives pipeline.

o\tAdvise and QA development of PRAs, SPIs, Issue documentation, action plans, and closure documentation and other Risk deliverables based on inputs from PMs and in line with the enterprise expectations

o\tSupport SPI owners on risk & controls assessment including identifying processes, assisting with creation and updates of SPIs.

o\tAdvise, when needed, on regulatory change management, timely assessments, past due items and escalations in alignment with the international regulatory change management process. Escalate issues or conflicts in legal and regulatory requirements as appropriate.

o\tAdvise Product Managers, when needed, on responding to audit's questions and requests for information, TRAs from 2nd line (GCOR / GFC etc) or regulatory engagements (questions, consultations, inspections, and exams).

o\tAssist in monitoring of key risk indicators across GPS products, including key control metrics, operational losses, client related complaints, and issues management (SII, RII, CEs)
