Requirements:
Job Scopes:
- 5 Days, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Gross Salary: $4500 - $5500, entitled to $600 allowance if have own car
- Entitled to 18 Days AL + Bonus
- Office at Tengah Area [ Nearby MRT is Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay MRT ]
Company Background: Specializing in providing Landscaping solutions like plant rental services, festive decoration, plants for event for businesses and industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential property, retail and education.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in landscape, horticulture, arboriculture, or related fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in the landscape or arboriculture industry, with supervisory / management exposure
- Comfortable using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Familiar and strong in operational workflows, safety compliance, and SOP adherence.
Job Scopes:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple landscape maintenance sites.
- Ensure service quality meets contract requirements and company standards.
- Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and landscape projects.
- Ensure works are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Manage operational budgets, cost control, and efficient resource utilization.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Oversee tree inspection, pruning, and maintenance programmes.
- Review and support preparation of Tree Assessment Reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Lead safety audits, toolbox meetings, and training initiatives.
