About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role suits a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth execution of processes
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver high service standards
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize shrinkage
• Drive sales performance and control operating costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Analyze store performance and prepare reports for management review
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them professionally
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
