Job Description

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure overall company performance and efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and review business strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Lead, manage, and supervise management and operational teams across departments
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and service providers
  • Report to directors/shareholders and support long-term planning and business expansion initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably at senior management level
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with the local business environment and regulatory framework is an advantage
