Job Requirements
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure overall company performance and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and review business strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Lead, manage, and supervise management and operational teams across departments
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements
- Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and service providers
- Report to directors/shareholders and support long-term planning and business expansion initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably at senior management level
- Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning
- Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the local business environment and regulatory framework is an advantage
