Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for the preparation, implementation, documentation, maintenance, coordination and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Company and QA/QC Programs for the Projects of the Company cost effectively in line with the Company's Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Administer, manage and maintain effective QA/QC system and program all through the company's activities and projects.

• To work jointly with Management team in order to define the responsibility, authority, and the interrelation of all personnel, who manage, perform and verify work-affecting quality.

• Ensure motivation and training programs for the documentation of QMS and effective implementation of the system.

• Conduct QMS training and all training related to quality of material and workmanship.

• To monitor non-conformance reports (NCR) and discrepancies and their close-outs for the projects, client and third-party audits.

• Planning, organizing and conducting Internal, Surveillance and follow-up audits §To conduct random audit to subcontractors / suppliers.

• Prepare, maintain, update and monitor QMS Manual.

• To coordinate the customer's feedback, complains and their reviews and proposals for the continual improvement of the QMS.

• Advice the company higher management of all QA/QC related matters and general issues which are of interest of the company.

• Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, PUB, and other regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Quality Management / Engineering /Construction Studied or equivalent
• At least 10 years QA/QC experience in Construction Industry
• Certifications exp ISO/Six Sigma
• Familiar with BCA requirements and local authority standards
• Having experiences in LTA/High Risk Building Project would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Willing to work in site office
