Lead Systems Analyst - EPM/BPC

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and SAP FICO solutions. Drive strategic transformation initiatives including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, EPM platform modernization, and enterprise financial consolidation and planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Techno-Functional Lead for EPM (Financial Consolidation, Group Reporting, Planning & Budgeting) and SAP FICO modules.
• Involve in the upgrade of SAP ECC to S/4HANA projects.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end planning and consolidation solutions, including evaluation and replacement of SAP BPC platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through system and impact analysis.
• Provide hands-on expertise in EPM concepts
• Optimize BW data models, ETL scalability and performance
• Implement complex BAdIs and ABAP routines
• Ensure system stability, performance tuning, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Establish governance standards (script logic, templates, transport management).
• Provide BAU support and continuous improvement for SAP BPC and SAP FICO systems.
• Mentor team members and manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Expertise

• At least 10 years of experience, proven track record in the area of EPM architecture and implementation, with experience in delivering large-scale projects
• Expertise in EPM Concepts (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation)
• Good knowledge of the SAP-BPC EPM software platform. Proficiency with additional EPM software platforms (e.g.SAP-SAC, Anaplan, OneStream etc) will be an advantage
• Deep hands-on experience in SAP BPC (administration, script logic, BAdI development).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO and S/4HANA Group Reporting (ECC FICO experience acceptable).
• Advanced BW/ETL and HANA optimization expertise.
• Experience with data modeling, integration architecture, and cloud principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability in People and team management
