SEAO Customer Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for SEAO customers for all logistics operational matters
• Prepare regular reports (KPI, SLA, NPS, lead time, damage/loss, cost analysis)
• Conduct logistics cost analysis (warehouse, transportation, handling, last mile) and cost analysis (YoY / MoM /vs Budget)
• Prepare presentation materials/ reporting to Management using i.e excel / power point/ dashboard
• Analyze operational challenge and develop action to overcome the issue
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes and system optimization (WMS / TMS / ERP interface)
• Monitor on-going service performance and report the risk factors impacting service or cost, if any
Contract & Commercial Management
• Monitor contract validity period and trigger renewal of contract for logistics service providers (warehouse / transportation / last mile)
• Review of contractual terms & conditions including SLA, penalty clauses, liability, insurance coverage, andrate structures
• Support contract negotiation by preparing cost comparison and financial data simulation
• Ensure alignment between contracted terms and actual operational execution
• Keep track of pricing structure (CBM / FTL / LTL / DO basis) and validate billing accuracy
• Support RFQ / bidding activities including volume analysis and cost comparison
Data & System Support
• Preform raw data analysis vs data extracted from WMS / TMS system
• Validate system data accuracy and identify discrepancies, if any
• Support system enhancement/ upgrade, UAT test and rollout
• Review reporting templates and KPI framework
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiency initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis on service failure cases (damage, loss, delay), if any
• Propose preventive measures and monitor the progress of action plan
• Support warehouse operational initiatives / transition projects
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in statistics, mathematics, business/marketing, IT or supply chain/logistics management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business performance analysis reporting, based on data analysis, with independent thoughts and insight.
• Ability to perceive necessary information from massive data
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross functional team including coordination between Head Quarter office and country subsidiaries
