About Maneki Signage

Maneki Signage is a fabrication and branding house. Having built a strong reputation and a profitable model, we are now preparing for our next leap: Franchising. We are looking for a heavy-hitting General Manager to take over the daily helm, optimize our existing SOPs, and lead our production and sales teams while the CEO focuses on regional expansion.

The Role

You aren't just "keeping the lights on." You are the Integrator. Your mission is to ensure that the "Maneki Way" is executed perfectly every single day. You will oversee a team of 8+ (Design, Production, Installation, and Admin) and be responsible for the P&L of the core branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Enforce and optimize existing SOPs to ensure zero-defect production and on-time installations.
• Sales & Client Management: Act as the lead closer for inbound enquiries, managing quotes and maintaining relationships with key B2B accounts.
• Team Leadership: Oversee manpower scheduling and foster a culture of accountability in the workshop.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project margins and material wastage to protect and grow company profitability.
• Franchise Readiness: Work alongside the CEO to ensure all systems are "plug-and-play" for future franchisees.

Who We Are Looking For

• The Industry Veteran: 8-12 years of experience in Signage, Interior Fit-out, or Construction Management. You must understand the technicalities of fabrication.
• The System-Thinker: You don't believe in "winging it." You value checklists, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• The Mature Leader: You have the "gravitas" to lead veteran installers on the floor and the professionalism to present to corporate clients in the boardroom.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools and CRM software to track business health.
• Safety First: Familiarity with WSH, BizSAFE, and MOM regulations in Singapore.
