Requirements
- Review and monitor task progress and completion to ensure compliance with standards and achievement of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Evaluate team members' performance regularly and provide targeted advice and guidance to enhance productivity and quality
- Organize and lead regular meetings and training sessions to share new techniques and methods that support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SLA requirements
- Conduct operational audits to identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions to strengthen processes
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Commercial team to communicate performance and issues
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated by team members by analyzing problems and delivering effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvements in asset management processes, controls, and documentation to enhance governance and operational efficiency
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance through proactive maintenance and technical interventions
- Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) quotations by evaluating Bill of Material and Drawing Packages received from customers
- Compile and verify completeness of Bill of Material and collaborate with the Commercial Team to manage RFQ processes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT
- Certifications CCNP or CCIE, PMP, Scrum, Cloud is preferred
- More than 5 years project management and operations management with proven track records preferred
- Possess a full and broad understanding of services including IoT, Systems and Network technologies.
- Skills with DevSecOps and Full Stack would be advantageous
- Skills in Excel in Pivot Table and Pareto is preferred
- Hands-on experience with WAN/Service Provider/Enterprise/Routing/Firewall/Security/Multicast technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, SASE, SD-WAN) is preferred
- Ad-hoc travel to Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand may be required
- Able to work during customers' non production hours as needed (12 midnight to 6am)
