Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will:

Oversee Operations & Site Management

- Manage daily plants maintenance operations across multiple sites

- Ensure service quality meets contract and company standards

- Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements

Lead Teams & Workforce Planning

- Mentor supervisors and field staff

- Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Drive staff development and performance excellence

Manage Project Execution & Client Satisfaction

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, and to high standards

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Drive Budget, Safety & Continuous Improvement

- Manage operational budgets, procurement, and cost control

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and SOP standards

- Track KPIs and implement workflow improvements

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

- Diploma in Horticulture, Operation Management or related fields

- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience, with supervisory/management exposure

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment

- Comfortable using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Strong understanding of safety compliance and operational workflows
