Role Summary

The Fund Operations Analyst supports the daily operations of investment funds. The role ensures accurate accounting, timely NAV calculations, smooth trade settlement, investor servicing, and regulatory compliance. The analyst works closely with portfolio managers, custodians, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting & NAV: Calculate NAV, review security pricing, and resolve exceptions.
• Trade Processing: Validate trades, monitor settlements, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Reconciliation & Controls: Perform cash/position reconciliations and maintain documentation.
• Investor Services: Handle subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor reporting.
• Fees & Corporate Actions: Process fees, expenses, dividends, splits, and mergers.
• Compliance & Reporting: Support audits and filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with administrators, custodians, and auditors, and provide issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of fund operations, NAV processes, investment instruments, and fund accounting systems. Strong Excel skills.
