Change Strategy & Leadership
  • Define, lead, and execute APAC-wide change management strategies aligned with corporate transformation and operational goals.
  • Assess organizational readiness for change and create tailored strategies for engagement, communication, and adoption.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment of change initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and managers on change-related challenges and opportunities.

Program & Project Support
  • Act as the primary change management lead on system implementations (WMS, TMS, ERP), operational process redesign, and strategic programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans for complex, cross-country initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and report on adoption metrics, risk mitigation, and benefits realization.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans, including key messages, toolkits, and messaging frameworks for different levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and town halls to drive awareness and acceptance of change initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change readiness, potential resistance, and mitigation strategies.

Training & Capability Development
  • Identify skills gaps and learning requirements associated with change initiatives.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and implement training programs and adoption tools.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training and readiness activities, making adjustments as needed to optimize adoption.

Continuous Improvement
  • Capture lessons learned and change management best practices for replication across the region.
  • Develop frameworks to assess organizational change maturity and continuously enhance capabilities.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by recommending process improvements and innovative change strategies.
