Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the Operations & Logistics Department, overseeing Productions and Warehousing functions. You will drive operational excellence across warehousing, production, and logistics administrative duties, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the Operations & Logistics Department, overseeing Productions and Warehousing functions. You will drive operational excellence across warehousing, production, and logistics administrative duties, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations and warehousing administration to ensure efficient inventory management and supplier order processing
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics, and cargo partners to manage orders, invoices, deliveries, and collections planning
- Conduct inventory management activities including stock lists, stock taking, and operation of POS and warehouse systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Obtain and negotiate freight and raw material charges to optimize cost efficiency
- Process enquiries, orders, and stock transactions accurately and promptly
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, perform invoice matching, prepare quotations and invoices, and maintain organized filing and data compilation systems
- Organize and maintain confidential files and databases to support operational integrity
- Manage office supplies procurement to ensure uninterrupted department operations
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business needs
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high motivation and organization in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience of at least 4 years managing an entire Operations Department, including warehousing and logistics functions
- Proficiency in Chinese communication to liaise effectively with suppliers and partners
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and operating systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience managing warehouse teams and warehousing operations
- Possession of own mode of transport to facilitate operational responsibilities
- Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and dedication to meet demanding work schedules
- Customer-oriented communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Professional Driving License
