- Customer Service Excellence: Monitor the order cycle to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer complaints, queries, or shipment delays.
- Logistics Operations: Organize transportation, warehousing, and distribution, including negotiating rates with carriers and managing import/export compliance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align supply chain strategies with customer needs.
