Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, analyze dependencies, and support prioritization.
  • Create, elaborate, and manage user stories, including backlog creation, grooming, prioritization, and acceptance criteria/test cases.
  • Communicate user stories clearly to delivery teams and facilitate planning, review, and refinement sessions.
  • Act as a key liaison among stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prepare business and functional documentation such as BRDs and FSDs.
  • Apply industry knowledge and market awareness to propose effective and future-ready solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Essential Requirements

Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in Banking and Payments domain projects.
  • Mandatory experience in Transaction Banking - Cash Management.
  • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience working as a Business Analyst.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong team player.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable components for effective analysis and resolution.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Finastra products (Fusion Corporate Channels).
  • Knowledge of Corporate Payment Products in the ASEAN region.
  • Exposure to Core Banking systems.
