We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire our retail team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across our Singapore locations.

Working Hours:

5-6 day work week.

• AM Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• PM Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Includes weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis.

Salary: $3200 -$3800

Job Scope:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily staff scheduling and roster management to ensure adequate floor coverage at all times.
• Train, mentor, and coach retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Process sales accurately using POS systems, handling cash and digital transactions according to company policy.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, regular cycle counts, and minimizing stock shrinkage.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts to ensure footwear displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on store performance, providing feedback to management on trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety and sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership qualities with a track record of building successful teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic retail reporting.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
