Job Summary

Coordinate and manage carpentry projects and back-office operations to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and foster strong customer and partner relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate back-office support activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of retail and project orders
  • Assist in preparing tenders, developing cost estimates, and planning supply requirements to support project execution
  • Manage carpentry projects by overseeing materials procurement, quality control, and adherence to project timelines
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, contractors, architects, and clients to align project objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure all carpentry work complies with relevant building codes and safety standards to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and clients
  • Analyze and improve operational and office processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project and carpentry-related issues to minimize delays and maintain quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to support business growth and repeat engagements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals and project success
