We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to serve as a key expert, leading critical engagements in the high voltage cable project. You will apply deep industry knowledge and business acumen to solve clients' most complex challenges, from market entry to technological innovation, and shape the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement market entry, product portfolio optimization, and growth strategies for HV cable manufacturers, grid operators, and project developers.
• Technical & Commercial Due Diligence: Lead technical, commercial, and operational due diligence for M&A, investments, and major projects, identifying key risks and value drivers.
• Project Management & Delivery: Lead cross-functional consulting teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery with measurable client impact.
• Industry Insights & Business Development: support the development and maintenance of senior-level client relationships (e.g., with utilities, EPC contractors).
• End-to-End Consulting: Deeply engage in the full consulting cycle from problem diagnosis, data analysis, solution design to change management support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Mandatory). MBA or advanced degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) is highly preferred.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (Mandatory). Must possess excellent professional presentation, report writing, and senior executive negotiation skills in both languages.
• Experience:
  
  • Minimum 6 years of consulting or relevant senior strategic/commercial experience focused on the high voltage cable / power transmission industry.
  • Prior experience with a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a leading energy-focused boutique consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of HV cable technology trends, supply chain, key players, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in offshore wind and interconnectors.
