Job Description

• Analyze and translate business and customer requirements into end-to-end technical solutions aligned with GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform.
• Design, implement, and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance GPUaaS architectures based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews to align solution architecture with business objectives.
• Co-design and develop application and workload architectures with customers and partners, supporting POCs, trials, and production deployments.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align on solution scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients across the AI and GPU ecosystem.
• Ensure GPU cloud solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, and provide architectural best-practice guidance for Singtel's GPUaaS platform.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead the planning and execution of customer workload and data migrations onto Singtel's GPU platform.
• Provide operational support as required, including availability outside standard business hours, such as nights, weekends, and public holidays.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, at least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, hypervisors, storage technologies (NFS, object storage), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS), GPU system architecture, and NVIDIA GPU platforms.
• Proven systems-level design mindset, with the ability to translate technical strategies and architectures into practical, minimal viable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and delivering complex, enterprise-grade, scalable, and high-performance GPU cloud platforms for AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Exposure to software development practices is an added advantage.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of cloud platform architectural principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, Infrastructure as Code, and high availability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client engagement, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
