Technical & Professional Requirements
- Business Transformation: Partner with Tier-1 banking clients to capture complex business requirements and translate them into actionable T24 configurations.
- Documentation Excellence: Lead the creation of high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for custom developments.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis between "Out-of-the-Box" T24 capabilities and client-specific needs, proposing sustainable workarounds that align with project scope.
- System Configuration: Define and validate customization needs; manage static and semi-static data definitions to ensure a seamless core banking implementation.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee functional testing and provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution integrity.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing client workflows and recommend global best practices to maximize the ROI of the Temenos suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for end-to-end functional solutions, managing communication across technical teams and business units.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy or Expert Services.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in T24 Core Banking transformations or Temenos Wealth Suite projects.
- Module Specialization: Advanced knowledge in:
- Arrangement Architecture (AA): Loans and Deposits.
- Wealth & Treasury: Securities, Corporate Actions, MM, FX, and Swaps.
- Payments: Hands-on experience with TPH (Temenos Payments Hub) is highly preferred.
- Standard Frameworks: Deep understanding of SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), Trade Settlements, and Order Management Systems.
- Methodology: Expert-level ability to apply the Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM).
