We are looking for a Food Services Operations Manager to lead day-to-day outlet operations while also supporting strategic improvements across workflows, menu execution, and new outlet expansion. The role combines hands-on operational leadership with data-driven planning to improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate stock ordering, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Respond to customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
  • Support new outlet setups, workflow layouts, and opening readiness.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and productivity across outlets.
  • Analyse sales data, customer patterns, and peak-hour performance to make recommendations for resource planning.
  • Develop and refine SOPs to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Assist management in medium-term planning for manpower deployment, cost control, and outlet performance targets.
  • Contribute to scaling plans for future outlets through workflow optimisation, process standardisation, and team capability building.

Core Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in F&B Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and solve operational issues independently.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, especially in manpower scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with management, CK, supply chain, and marketing teams.
